Create New Work Order or Request from Existing Order or Request for Increased Efficiencies

Increase efficiency with the new "Copy Order" feature! Users will be able to create a new work order based on a previously created work order. A new "Copy Order" icon is added to the work order and service request screens. When pressed, a new Draft order is created with the following items copied from the selected work order:

• Order items/assets
• Maintenance plan/task assignments
• Order tasks
• Service level and option selection
• Pricing is applied according to current price lists (not copied)
• Order charges
• Special instructions/client notes
